1. General 

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the sale, delivery, installation, and usage of the UV DTF Printing Machine supplied by TSP Printsol Co., an authorized distributor of Funsun India. By purchasing the machine, the Customer agrees to be bound by this Agreement.

2. Product Description

The machine is a UV DTF printing unit designed for transferring designs onto hard surfaces such as glass, wood, metal, acrylic, and plastic.
 The package includes:

  • Printer

  • UV ink

  • A & B transfer film

  • Software

  • Setup instructions

3. Pricing & Payment

  • Full payment must be made before dispatch unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • All prices are exclusive of GST, shipping, and installation charges.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Machines will be shipped only after full payment is received.

  • Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.

  • The distributor will use reliable courier/logistics partners but is not liable for any delays, damages, or losses caused by third-party services.

  • Delivery timelines (typically 5–10 business days) are estimates and may vary due to logistics, weather, or public holidays.

  • Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer once the machine is handed over to the shipping partner.

  • It is highly recommended that customers insure the machine during transport. Insurance can be arranged by the customer or through our logistics partner (at an additional cost).

  • Upon delivery, the customer must not open or inspect the machine until our technician arrives for setup.

5. Installation & Training

  • IMPORTANT: Do not unbox, power on, or tamper with the machine before technician arrival.

  • An authorized technician from TSP Printsol Co. will carry out the inspection, setup, and installation.

  • Unauthorized handling may result in:

    • Warranty void

    • Damage to sensitive components (e.g., printhead, ink system, motherboard)

    • Denial of after-sales support

  • Customers must ensure proper installation conditions, including:

    • Dust-free and air-conditioned environment (Mandatory)

    • Stable power supply with voltage stabilizer (Mandatory)

    • Online UPS (Mandatory)

  • Basic installation guidance and video training will be provided.

6. Technician Visit

  • Technician installation and setup service is free of charge.

  • However, the customer must arrange and bear costs for:

    • Round-trip travel (bus/train/flight)

    • Local transport to and from the site

    • Accommodation (clean and safe lodging if overnight stay is required)

  • Technician visits are scheduled by mutual agreement.

  • Failure to provide proper arrangements may delay installation and affect warranty eligibility.

7. Warranty

  • The standard warranty starts from the date of billing/invoice, not installation.

  • Customers must retain the invoice as proof of purchase and warranty start date.

  • Warranty covers the motherboard and mechanical parts for 1 year.

  • Printheads and UV lamps are not covered under warranty.

  • Warranty is void if the machine is mishandled, altered, or used with non-approved consumables.

  • Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) terms post-warranty must be discussed before placing the order.

8. Maintenance & Support

  • Regular cleaning and maintenance are required to avoid clogging and damage. Refer to the maintenance sheet provided by the technician.

  • Technical support is available during business hours via:

    • Phone

    • WhatsApp

    • Remote access

  • Improper maintenance, storage, or misuse may lead to damage not covered under warranty.

9. Consumables

  • Only TSP Printsol Co. / Funsun India-approved UV inks and films should be used.

  • Use of unapproved consumables may damage the machine and void the warranty.

10. Software Licensing

  • The included software is licensed, not sold.

  • It may not be copied, shared, or modified without the written permission of the distributor.

11. Return & Replacement Policy

  • Machines once sold are not eligible for return, except in cases of proven manufacturing defect on delivery.

  • All replacement or repair decisions are at the sole discretion of the distributor and subject to inspection.

12. Limitation of Liability

  • The distributor’s liability is limited to repair or replacement of defective parts under warranty.

  • TSP Printsol Co. is not liable for any loss of business, income, or profit due to machine downtime or performance issues.

13. Legal & Jurisdiction

  • These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India.

  • Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts located in the distributor’s registered location.
